Membership is for businesses and organizations to offer a unique and valuable benefit to your employees. Each business/organization will determine which employees may use this benefit. We ask that all full time employees are eligible, while part-time or contract employees is as the businesses discretion.

Once your business or organization are members, employees, their partners and their children  are eligible for our services at no cost to them.

Confidentiality will be kept with all clients. Information will NOT be given to your employer. Employers will not be able to access who is using this benefit, only a number as to how many employees are utilizing our services.

Membership fees: 

One-time start up fee: $15/eligible employee you are signing up

Yearly membership fee (Jan-Dec): $66/eligible employee

**If your business becomes members throughout the year,

membership fees will be prorated to reflect the time

services became available.
